Students of MYP3 have exhibited their talent through creative discussions in their Mathematics class. This discussion enabled the students to record from first-hand experience and from imagination to select their own ideas to create their spiral art work and decorate their work in a unique ,creative way.
Spiral of Theodorus (also called square root spiral, Einstein spiral, or Pythagorean spiral) is a spiral composed of right triangles, placed edge-to-edge. It was named after Theodorus of Cyrene. A Pythagorean Spiral is a series of right triangles arranged in a spiral configuration such that the hypotenuse of one right triangle is a leg of the next right triangle.
