Celebrating ‘Who We Are’ in the Nursery Class
As we took a dive into our adventurous mission to play, learn and grow we discovered the nature of our unique physical self inspired by stories like ‘Elmer’ by David Mackee and ‘The Reflection in Me’ by Fablevision and Marc Colagiovanni. We also explored our abilities and self-management skills through various hands-on engagements like dressing up and gearing up for our PE lessons all by ourselves.
We were ‘Reflective Thinkers’ as we reflected closely about our personal interests and things we like to do.
We looked at things we are good at, to unfold our unique talents which we showcased for our talent show ‘Unique Me”.
The highlight of this unit was when our little learners displayed the EIS learner profile of ‘Goal Oriented’ as they shared with their teachers and peers what they would like to get better at.
Kudos to our Aspirational learners who bring out the best in themselves each day!!
