Student Council 2021-22
STUCO at EIS is a very unique and open space for us to express ourselves. From organising activities or events to making sure that all concerns are brought to attention, it is certainly a great responsibility. We started off by planning our first event for this semester in honour of our wonderful teachers. We planned a Teacher’s Day event in order to celebrate their efforts and commitment to make sure all students are comfortable and thoroughly engaged in learning.
We have an extremely creative group of students and leaders who equally participate in discussions and make sure all assigned responsibilities are successfully carried out. Our PYP leaders are the most enthusiastic members of the group, always open to new ideas. Whereas, members from the MYP and the DP keep track of all the work and discussions being conducted during the meeting, also keeping track of all concerns that may need to be addressed by the SLT or senior members of the committee.
Overall, as STUCO, we are extremely proud of the progress so far, and are looking forward to many more events and activities that we can plan as a group, making sure that everyone else enjoys the process.
